RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Physical Goods
We accept returns of physical goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Digital Goods
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
